During our “Espresso Caffelier” course, you will immerse yourself in the most complete scenario of the coffee landscape with the goal of appreciating, recognizing and classifying the aromas starting with the individual origins and ending with the different blends.
Together we will identify the perfect Portioli blend for you and your coffee shop, the one that will meet your needs to the different tastes of your clients.
You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge by tasting coffees from the most important and sought-after plantations. A unique experience characterized by details and nuances just like a cup of coffee.
The course will feature a short theoretical session and then move on to the practical one with tastings and blind tests.
At the end of the day, there will be a test, which will allow you to understand the goals you have achieved, with the final delivery of the certificate of competence.
Once you have passed the course you will have free access to the Coffee Tendence course during which you will learn about the different methods of coffee extraction and learn how to prepare tasty coffee-based cocktails, starting from our Creativity Drinks.
Please note that you can take part in our “Espresso Caffelier” course only after attending either the Coffee Lab course or the Barista Skills course.
