Personal and selected relationships with producers and exporters and periodic visits to the main producing countries, to check the quality standard of the annual production and the selection of raw coffee, allow us to achieve constant and “tailored” quality for the customers of Torrefazione Portioli.
For each single quality of coffee the following is carried out:
• evaluation test and inspection of the features of the annual production
• control test of raw coffee samples, for the approval of the purchased lots for boarding authorization
• similar inspection test upon arrival in Italy, before roasting
Portioli selects the finest beans and skillfully combines them to offer bartenders the best blends in beans.
A special blend for espresso coffee made of the best qualities of ground coffee, packaged in protective atmosphere.
